About me

I have been licensed and practicing psychotherapy since 2014, but I had done mental health counseling work since 2007, and have a variety of experience in both forensic and clinical psychology. In addition, I am a long-term practitioner of yoga and martial arts and at times teach in both disciplines. I love the outdoors—simple day hikes are a quiet passion for me—and take great pleasure in time with my family and friends. Work, really, is an extension of my value of harmony with nature and passion for exploration. Our minds are vast and typically unexplored, so I try the best I can to bring a balance of curiosity, gentleness and persistence as we navigate the dark corners and discover hidden expanses together.
